I’ve ordered from Cult Pens before and usually don’t think twice about it, so I just picked this up while getting a few other bits. Delivery was fine and it wasn’t anything massively expensive, but when I actually looked at it properly, I realised it didn’t match what the product page had said. The details on the site were the reason I chose it in the first place, so it was a bit frustrating having to double-check everything and sort it out. It’s not the end of the world, but if the product info isn’t accurate, it does make you a bit less confident about ordering next time.

After my order shipped, I didn’t really get any clear updates. The tracking was vague, and the emails didn’t explain what was causing the delay. I ended up checking it myself over and over. The pens did show up eventually, so that was fine, but the communication was worse than...

I asked for some advice on which nib and ink to go with, but the reply I got was vague — not really much to work with. I ended up buying what they suggested anyway, and it wrote terribly. In the end, I had to figure it out myself, just a frustrating experience overall...

I tried using the site, but freezing on me it kept. Frustrating, because I couldn’t really get anything done without it stopping...

I’m still waiting for my refund, it’s been really frustrating. I’ve tried reaching out for help but, actually, I don’t feel like I’ve gotten any real help at all. Just hoping this gets resolved soon...

I was looking forward to getting this pen, and to be fair, the pen itself seems like it could be decent. But the packaging was really poor. It came in a flimsy envelope, the box was crushed, and the pen had visible marks on it when I opened it. I don’t want to be overly harsh because damage can happen in shipping, but this definitely needed better protection. Disappointing overall.

I just sent over what was missing or wrong, and they helped turn it into a normal quick review... super easy and straightforward

I ordered this because the photos made it look like a soft teal ink, which is exactly the shade I was after. When it arrived, though, it looked much more like a dark green to me. I know colours can vary a bit from screen to screen, but this felt like more than that. It’s made me a bit hesitant to trust the colour photos on cultpens.com when buying online. i was disappointed...

I ordered an engraved pen from Cult Pens. I was disappointed when it arrived. The text was much lighter than I expected. It also looked a bit off centre. Not really gift-worthy.
I got in touch with them about it. The reply felt a bit dismissive. The pen itself is okay. But the engraving was a letdown. I would not pay for it again.

I was kind of confused by how limited the range was this time. I was expecting more nib sizes and a better choice of ink brands, but most of what I wanted either wasn’t there or only came in really basic colours. I ended up giving up and buying from somewhere else.

I tried placing an order on Cult Pens, and before anyone says I’m overreacting, the checkout just didn’t feel right to me. The payment step looked a bit strange, and I couldn’t clearly tell where my card details were actually being handled.

Maybe it’s completely fine, I’m not saying it’s definitely unsafe, but I wasn’t comfortable enough to carry on. If I’m shopping online, the payment page needs to feel obvious and secure, and this one didn’t give me that confidence.

The promo said it was valid, but when I got to checkout it still charged me full price. That part was weird, especially since there wasn’t any clear reason why the discount didn’t apply

I was browsing Cult Pens because I needed a few basic bits, but the prices felt a bit steep to me. By the time I added a couple of simple items to my basket, I started second-guessing it. Maybe I’m being a bit tight at the moment, and I probably don’t need more pens anyway, but it just didn’t feel like great value. I ended up finding some things cheaper elsewhere, so I couldn’t really talk myself into ordering. The range seems decent enough, but price-wise it wasn’t for me.

I was already in a bit of a rush to get this order, and then it took forever to arrive. On top of that, I got hit with extra customs fees I wasn’t expecting. I contacted support, but they basically told me it was on me. the whole thing was really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again

I do like Cult Pens, and my orders have usually turned up fine, so this is really more about the rewards side of things than the shop itself.
The loyalty points seem like a nice idea at first, but when I actually went to use them, they didn’t feel like they were worth much. It took around a while to build them up, and the discount I got was tiny.

Maybe it’s better if you’re buying loads all the time, but for normal orders it feels a bit underwhelming. I expected about a bit more for being a repeat customer.

I really wanted to like this pen because it reminded me of the fountain pen my dad used to keep on his desk, but the nib felt scratchy right away. The ink also kept skipping so badly that it made writing frustrating instead of enjoyable.

I ordered these thinking they’d show up in a few days, which was apparently very optimistic of me. The tracking barely changed, so I mostly just got to enjoy the mystery of whether the pens were actually coming or off on a world tour. They did arrive eventually, and the pens themselves were fine, but the delivery was way too slow for my liking.
